Production times vary depending on the decoration type(s), below are approximate timelines for each decoration type. If you have a specific event date please be sure to let one of the team know before you place the order.

Production time starts after your final Mockup approval.

Print: 5-10 Business Days
Embroidery: 10 Business Days
Promotional Items: 15 Business days

These fees are charged per colour and location of print. This is a re-occurring cost, meaning that, if you decide to place another order with us in the future, you will be charged the applicable print set-up fees at this time as well, and every other time following.

Print setup fee: $25/color
Full-colour fee: $25/location

Embroidery digitizing fees are charged one time. If you decide to place another order with us in the future with the same design. We will re-use the digitized file. Note that slight change to the design needs to be re-digitized.

Embroidery digitizing fee: $50/design

If you are ordering any clothing items in sizes 2XL and up, there will be a surcharge of $4.50 per item ordered.

If you are providing us with an artwork file that is in vector format (.ai / .eps / and some .pdf files), the Artwork Fee will not be applied. However, if we are receiving your artwork in a low resolution non-graphic design file (.jpeg, .png, etc.), then this fee will be applied to your order. In some cases a high resolution .png will work. When you place an order with us in the future, your artwork will be on file in vector format, therefore, we will not charge this fee again.

Artwork fee: $25/design

We always review your artwork before printing. For any type of printing a vector files works best. Such as .ai, .eps, .pdf etc. In some cases a high resolution .png, .psd, or .svg will work as well. As long as they are minimum 300dpi for good quality print.

    • Common Formats: SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics), AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS (Encapsulated PostScript), and PDF (Portable Document Format) are common vector file formats.
    • Use Cases: Vector files are suitable for logos, icons, illustrations, and designs where scalability and precision are crucial.
  2. Raster Files:
    • Representation: Raster files, also known as bitmap or pixel-based images, are composed of a grid of individual pixels. Each pixel has a specific color and together they form the image.
    • Scalability: Raster graphics have a fixed resolution, so resizing can lead to a loss of quality. Enlarging a raster image may result in visible pixelation.
    • Common Formats: Common raster formats include JPEG, PNG, GIF, and BMP.
    • Use Cases: Raster images are suitable for photographs, detailed artwork, and graphics where pixel-level detail is important. They are commonly used on the web and in photography.

DTF printing is a game-changer in the world of apparel printing. It produces incredibly detailed designs with vibrant colors that are sure to turn heads. And now, you can get that same level of detail and color on the softest garments around.

Embroidery is a decorative method that involves stitching thread onto fabric to create designs or patterns. It's a versatile and durable technique used for adding logos, text, and embellishments to various textiles.

Stitching: Embroidery is created by stitching thread onto fabric using a needle. Too fine details are not suitable for embroidery.

Thread: Embroidery thread comes in various colors. But unlike printing, the thread colors can not be matched. We have to pick from what is available.

Fabric: Most fabric can be embroidered, but popular choices include jackets, hats, toques, polo shirts etc. Thin materials such as blend or polyester t-shirts. And rain jackets should not be embroidered.

Long-lasting: Embroidered designs are generally durable and can withstand repeated washing and wear.

Cost Varies: The cost of embroidery can vary depending on factors such as design complexity, size, and the number of items to be embroidered.

Digital Files: For machine embroidery, designs are often created in digital formats (such as DST or PES) that guide the embroidery machine's stitching.

Our process:

  • Decide which items, quantity, and sizes and let me know. Send us your artwork or pick a font for your text.
  • We will send you a quote.
  • You can approve the quote and make payment online to place the order. If you want to change the items after you place the order. A re-stocking fee will apply.
  • After the order is placed we will send you a mockup. Your mockup is not final. You have unlimited revisions on the color of the logo, placement, etc.. We do not print anything without your mockup approval, which gives you a full warranty on the product and printing.
  • It takes 5-10 business days after your mockup is approved. If you need it rushed there is a 10% rush fee.

We will create and revise mockup unlimited times.

After production is complete. You will be notified by email to pickup. Or we will ship if required.
